What we hold, plainly.
1. The site
The corporate site itself is static. It does not require an account, does not run tracking pixels, and does not sell or share data. Standard server logs (IP, request path) exist for security and operations, as is normal for any website, and are kept only as long as operationally useful.
If you email us, we use your address to reply and to keep the thread. That's it. No newsletters unless you ask, no lists sold, ever.
2. Payments
Subscriptions are billed through Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your card and payment details — MirraCode never sees or stores them. What we receive from Paddle is the minimum needed to run your account: your email address, which plan you bought, and subscription status (active, cancelled, refunded).
3. Product accounts
My Truck and My Fleet accounts are governed by their own agreements and privacy terms, presented at signup. In short: your operational data in our products is yours; we don't mine it, sell it, or share it.
4. Mobile apps
The My Truck mobile apps (Diesel, Core, Pro) are fully on-device products. All of your operational data — loads, fuel stops, goals, profile — lives in the app's local storage on your phone and never leaves the device. The apps contain no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and make no network requests. There are no accounts and no servers holding your data on our side. Google Play processes the one-time purchase; we never see your payment details. Uninstalling the app deletes its data — that is the wipe.
5. Your data rights & security
You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you (product account data included) via the contact form. Product accounts also include self-service deletion in-app.
We run our own infrastructure to a standard we're willing to bet the company on — because we have. Access is least-privilege, transport is encrypted, and backups are routine.
