The plain-English terms.
1. Using the site and buying
These terms cover mirracode.com and all purchases of MirraCode LLC product subscriptions (currently My Truck Core and My Truck Pro). By using the site or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't buy.
The site and its content
Content on this site is provided for information about MirraCode LLC and its products. Product descriptions are summaries, not contracts; the product EULA and these terms together are the governing documents.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site or our products, probe them beyond normal use, or misrepresent yourself in communications with us. Using the refund and cancellation mechanisms as a rental pattern — repeated buy-refund cycles to use paid features without paying for them — is abuse of the service, not a billing preference, and can result in removal of access to the app. We operate lean; we defend quietly.
Trademarks
MirraCode, My Truck, and My Fleet, together with their marks, are the property of MirraCode LLC. All rights reserved.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Plans and prices
Current plans and prices are always shown at mirracode.com/pricing. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
Recurring billing
Paid plans renew automatically — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose — until you cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. We don't do partial refunds for unused time past the 14-day window (see the refund policy).
Payments and taxes
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and refunds on our behalf — your payment details never touch MirraCode servers. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location, as required by law.
Price changes
If we change a plan's price, existing subscriptions keep their current rate until renewal. Any new rate applies at the next renewal after the change, with notice by email beforehand.
3. Product agreements
Each MirraCode product (My Truck, My Fleet) has its own end-user license agreement presented at signup. The product EULA governs use of the product itself; these terms govern the site and the subscription purchase. Where they overlap, the product EULA wins for product behavior and these terms win for billing.
Changes
We may update these terms as the company and products evolve. Material changes will be dated above. Continued use of the site or an active subscription after an update constitutes acceptance.
