1. The promise

Full refund within 14 days of purchase. One per account.

If you wish to cancel, do so before your billing cycle renews.

2. How to request

Use the contact form from the email address on your account, with the word "refund" and your account email if different. We confirm and process within one business day.

Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. How fast the money lands is your bank's call — typically a few business days, up to 10 in some cases.

Card changed or closed?

Paddle's processor handles card changes; if the original card is fully closed, your bank routes the credit to your account balance. If a refund genuinely fails to arrive, come back through the form and we'll chase it with Paddle.

3. After 14 days

Cancel anytime — subscription terms apply. Cancelling stops future charges and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. We don't do partial refunds for unused time past the 14-day window.

The Diesel plan

It's free, forever. There's nothing to refund.

Abuse

A pattern of buying and refunding every purchase isn't a refund policy being used — it's a different product being rented. We may decline refunds in clear abuse cases.
